These terms apply to use of the Aapla Sarthi website and enquiries about Aapla Suvidha cards. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

Aapla Sarthi is a private company initiative. Aapla Suvidha cards are membership/benefit cards and are not government-issued documents, health insurance, or a guarantee of free treatment or services.

2. Card options and prices

The website currently displays the Aapla Suvidha Health Card at ₹120 and the Aapla Suvidha Gold Card at ₹250. Prices, availability and features may be updated. Please confirm the applicable price with our team before payment.

3. Partner discounts

Benefits are available only at participating partner outlets. Discount amounts, eligible products/services, exclusions, validity, and redemption conditions are determined by each partner and may change without notice. Members should confirm the current offer directly with the partner before purchase or treatment. Aapla Sarthi does not control a partner's clinical decisions, prices, service quality or availability.

4. Card request and use

Card requests are subject to verification and processing. Do not share OTPs, passwords, or sensitive payment credentials. A card may be used only by the eligible member and in accordance with the partner's stated terms.

5. Website information

We aim to keep information accurate, but content may be changed or corrected. Card images shown on this website are samples and are not valid membership cards.
